Our City offices, City Library, and the Millard County Sheriff's Office substation are located within the Delta City Municipal Building, located at the northeast corner of 200 West Street and Main Street which is also U.S. Highway 50/6.

The administrative offices of the City are open Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m., U.S. Mountain Time Zone. The State of Utah practices Daylight Savings Time thus from the second Sunday in March through the first Sunday in November of each year, clocks are forwarded by one hour to synchronize. The City Library's hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Fridays from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The R. J. Law Community Center is located at 75 West Main Street., on the southeast corner of 100 West Street and Main Street. The use of this City facility can be arranged by contacting the Delta City Offices. The Delta Area Chamber of Commerce is also located within the R. J. Law Community Center. The Delta Fire Department is located at 96 West Main Street, on the northeast corner of 100 West Street and Main Street.

All offices are closed on Federal holidays as well as on Utah's Pioneer Day.
