Parks Description

Shade, Sun, and Water Fun!

Delta City park has something for everyone. 

Amenities include: Splash pad, skate park, soccer field, water fall and creek, playground, swing set, plenty of shade and seating, pavilions with power and tables, stage area, and seasonal restrooms.

Neighborhood Park is located at approximately 200-300 White Sage Avenue. 

Amenities include: Playground, a basketball court, two ball diamonds, a pavilion with power and tables, seasonal restrooms.

Please note: Bounce houses and pools/slides/water features other than those we provide are not allowed.

Reservations

Pavilions are available for group reservations by completing the following link Park Reservation at least 1 week, but no more than 1 year, in advance. All reservations are on a first-reserve basis and for non-profit use only.

Park Rules

• Our facilities are for all to enjoy.
• Please clean up after use.
• No littering.
• Please obey city sound ordinances.
• No Smoking.
• Please keep your dogs leashed.
• No soliciting.
• Our parks are for nonprofit use only.
• No overnight parking or camping is allowed.
• Park amenities are on a first-come basis if not reserved through the city.
• Please reserve in advance and place a reserved sign in the pavilion with times listing reservations in advance of your event.

 Hold Harmless Provision: Lessee recognizes and understands that use of Lessor equipment may involve inherently dangerous activities. Consequently, lessee agrees to indemnify and hold lessor harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceeding costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fees arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of said equipment including, but not limited to the delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of the equipment. Lessee hereby releases and holds harmless lessor from injuries or damages incurred as a result of the use of said equipment unless lessor is operating the equipment and is deemed by a court of law to be negligent in its actions. Lessor cannot under any circumstances be held liable for injuries as a result of acts of God, nature, or other conditions beyond its control or knowledge. Lessee also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless lessor from any loss, damage, theft, or destruction of the equipment during the term of this contact and any extension thereof.
