City Prosecutor

The Prosecutor’s Office is not part of the court staff. The Prosecutor’s Office is part of the executive branch of government and is independent of the court. If you need to contact the Prosecutor’s Office, you may call them at (435) 864-4357. The court clerk cannot talk to you about matters for which you need to see the prosecutor.
